A slower-paced asana class that seeks to cultivate embodiment, focusing on understanding postures, building strong foundations and fostering a deep mind-body connection. Principles of yoga philosophy are integrated into the class in order to deepen the experience beyond the physical and encourage a more holistic approach. Postures are typically held in a more static manner, with an emphasis on longer holds and a strong focus on mindful breathing. Open to all levels of experience.
