This post natal yoga class that integrates babies is the perfect way to connect with other new parents, to stretch, release tension and build strength in a mindful and enjoyable way.
By linking the breath with synchronized yoga poses, you will re-tone and strengthen the core and pelvic floor whilst increasing energy and balancing the nervous system.
This class is a supportive and nourishing practice suitable for all with many modifications offered to suit each caregivers level of recovery ensuring they leave the space feeling strong, relaxed, supported and replenished.

Changing, feeding, nursing and playing is always welcome throughout. The class is open to mums 6 weeks post-birth/8 weeks after C-section (you must have been given the go ahead from your GP) and to all pre-crawling babies.
Please bring a blanket to place your baby on and any teethers and toys they enjoy.
