We are so excited to be offering our first UK retreat in the stunning Butley Priory located in the wilds of the Suffolk Heritage Coast.
Your hosts for the weekend will be senior yoga teachers Katarina Rayburn & Jonelle Lewis.
We have teamed up with Jenny Boat, who is an outstanding, ethically minded chef working with seasonal local produce creating the most delicious menus. Her aim is to generate zero waste and create sustainable healthy vegetarian food.
The menu will be created using the produce that is in season in February and also around any specific dietary requirements. Yoga mats and props will be provided.
Program
Friday
-Arrival Snack - eg. Date and cacao and crushed walnut truffles, Blackberry and mint vegan yoghurt pots, Turmeric hummus and raw veg dipping sticks.

-Dinner - eg. Green and yellow lemon roasted courgettes with miso, ginger and lemongrass infused tofu. Brown rice and creamy lime cashew sauce, topped with fresh herbs.
Saturday
-Morning Pre Yoga snack- fresh coffee, herbal teas
-Mandala Vinyasa with Katarina
-Brunch - eg. Granola with fresh fruit, oat milk or coconut yoghurt. (help yourself). Wild Mushroom baked in garlic and soya sauce, blanched rainbow chard, soft boiled egg on polenta chips with a fresh herb pesto
-Free time to explore the grounds and surrounding countryside, book a massage or simply relax in your luxurious bedroom. We are nestled in the middle of a forest, with lakes and a river in walking distance which you can take a refreshing dip in!
-Afternoon Snack - eg. Green herb and lemon hummus and raw veg dipping sticks. Aromatic split lentil soup. Baked apple tart

-Dinner - eg. Whole roasted curried cauliflower with toasted chickpeas crispy chard, pearl couscous dressed with lemon and fresh mint, freshly pickled cucumber. Dessert - Cassis and cardamom baked pears, fresh blackberries, mint sauce and vegan creme fraiche.
Sunday
-Morning Pre Yoga snack- fresh coffee, herbal teas
-Mandala Vinyasa with Katarina
-Brunch - eg. Granola with fresh fruit, oat milk or coconut yoghurt. (help yourself). Mexican nest made with thinly sliced red and white cabbage and fresh herbs on quinoa. Topped with guacamole, raw sweetcorn, tomatoes and a soft boiled egg. Dressed with a fresh lime yoghurt, chilli oil and fresh herbs and toasted seeds.
-Closing circle
-Leaving snack - eg. Coconut truffles.
