studio protocol

• Mobile phones must be turned off when entering the studio space.

• All studio classes will be live steamed but only the teacher will be filmed.

hygiene & cleaning

• Please don’t come to the studio if you have a temperature, a cough or are feeling unwell.

• Teachers are within their right to ask you to leave the class if they deem you to be unwell/coughing.

• Please bring your own mat (including water bottle & props if you want to use them).

• We will have sanitised mats for £1 rental if you are unable to bring your own.

• Please clean your mat & props down after class

• Take your shoes off (disposable bag provided) and keep in reception cubby holes.

• Studio space will be sanitised in between each class.
