Yes of course, this is a foundation teacher training and you do not need to have mastered advanced poses like handstand or splits. The aim of the course is for you to be able to go on and teach a yoga class safely and knowledgeably with the poses that you are able to do. We ask that you have been practicing regularly for 2 years.
-
You will graduate as a 200hr vinyasa yoga teacher accredited by the yoga alliance US. This means you will be certified and recognised to teach yoga in the UK and globally.
-
We really encourage you to fully commit to all the training dates and Yoga Alliance’s standards mean you MUST do 100% of the training sessions. However, if you let us know ahead of the time we can arrange for you to catch up with the teachers on the modules missed. (Please note that you may need to cover the cost of any teacher time if applicable).
