The Kindred 300-hour RYT training is an immersive journey for certified teachers seeking to refine their teaching, deepen their practice, and expand their impact. This programme covers the essential pillars of advanced yoga, from philosophy and practical anatomy to creative sequencing and subtle energetics.

Our aim for this training is to build upon your existing skills, empowering you to cultivate a fulfilling teaching path that is grounded in authenticity and remains engaging and inspiring for both you and your students.

Who this programme is for:
This advanced training is for certified yoga teachers who have already completed a 200 hour programme and are ready to elevate their offerings, deepen their expertise, and cultivate a more profound, impactful teaching practice.

Anatomy, Assists & Adjustments: Refine your anatomical understanding to support safer, more effective practice.

Pranayama & Energetics: Revisit breathwork techniques and subtle body energetics, bringing physical and energetic balance to your classes.

Ayurveda: An introduction into Ayurvedic principles to offering a holistic approach to health and wellness.

Pre/Postnatal Yoga: Specialised training to support students through pregnancy and postnatal stages.

The Business of Yoga: Practical tools for creating a sustainable teaching career, including branding and workshop planning.

Yin Yoga: Learn the fundamentals of yin yoga and how they can be integrated into a vinyasa class to bring balance and meditation into dynamic practices.
