Our advanced 300-hour vinyasa teacher training is an immersive journey for certified teachers seeking to refine their teaching, deepen their practice, and expand their impact. This programme covers the essential pillars of yoga, from philosophy and practical anatomy to creative sequencing and subtle energetics.

Our aim for this training is to build upon your existing skills, empowering you to cultivate a fulfilling teaching path that is grounded in authenticity and remains engaging and inspiring for both you and your students.

Syllabus

  • Philosophical Texts: Study foundational texts including the Upanishads, Bhagavad Gita and Yoga Sutras, and how to weave them into your teaching.

  • Ethics & Inclusivity: Explore yoga’s ethical roots and discover how to create an inclusive, compassionate community and space for all.

  • Advanced Anatomy & Physiology: Refine your anatomical understanding to support a safer, more effective practice.

  • Skilled Assists & Adjustments: Integrate advanced assists and adjustments with an emphasis on psychological awareness, fostering a safe, inclusive space for all students.

  • Pranayama & Breathwork: Study philosophy, anatomy, and practical application of pranayama, emphasizing breath awareness and its connection to yoga.

  • Subtle Energies: Understand the subtle body energy, from concept to experience. 

  • Ayurveda: An introduction into Ayurvedic principles to offering a holistic approach to health and wellness.

  • Pre/Postnatal Yoga: Specialised training to support students through pregnancy and postnatal stages.

  • Intelligent & Creative Sequencing: Design intelligent, well-balanced sequences that blend advanced asanas, yin postures and creative progressions for transformative classes.

  • Business Development and Further Offerings: Broaden your impact as a yoga teacher by learning how to create and lead retreats, workshops, and teacher trainings.
